Running USA Industry Conference 2026

Our team once again had a fantastic time at the Running USA Industry Conference. This year's conference was held at the beautiful Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri, and was presented by Haku.
We always love attending the RUSA conference as it is one of the rare opportunities when we get to meet face-to-face with other professionals in the industry, including many of our clients, partners, and peers from across the country. From insightful educational sessions and panel discussions to meaningful conversations in hallways and over meals, the conference left our team feeling inspired, motivated, and excited about what’s ahead. We returned home with fresh ideas, new connections, and actionable takeaways that will help us better support our race partners and continue to elevate the events and experiences we help create.
One of the highlights of this year's conference was attending the Puppy Happy Hour presented by TicketSocket. The Puppy Happy Hour allowed conference attendees a chance to relax and unwind while playing and cuddling with some of the adoptable dogs from the Center for Animal Rescue and Enrichment of St. Louis. We hope it made the dogs even half as happy as it made us!
